HOW THE PROCESS OF ASSISTANCE FROM OUR COUNTRY IS WORKING
- Preliminary assessment of the potential of the candidate company to receive grants. At this stage, an estimate is made for the number of points that the applicant's project may receive, according to the published evaluation criteria for the respective program. This analysis helps to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the candidate company and its project and, if possible, to take measures to overcome the negatives.
- Development of the documents required for application - Business Plans, Application Forms, Budgets, Feasibility Studies and other applicable documents, depending on the specific funding program. In the mentioned documents the project idea is described in detail and substantiated from the point of view of its market adequacy, economic viability, social and public benefits that its realization brings.
- Completion of all documents submitted for evaluation.
- Consultations upon request of additional information and documentation from the financing institution in the process of project evaluation.
- Assistance in organizing the tender procedures in connection with the obligation of the candidates to make a transparent selection of subcontractors (suppliers) under the project. At this stage we prepare the necessary documents - inquiries to potential bidders; we determine the criteria for selection of an offer; an order appointing members of a commission to evaluate the bids; protocol from the decision of the evaluation commission for selection of a bid, etc.
- Assistance in preparing the interim and final reports on the implementation of the project.
- Assistance for accounting of project costs and completion of documents proving the costs incurred - invoices, contracts with suppliers, handover protocols, payment orders, bank statements. Only after a correctly reported project, the candidate company will receive the approved grant funding.
